With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Ronald Hickman of Caldwell, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 31, 2026 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi V. Hickman and Sarah Ellis Hickman; his wife Marian Hope Connell Hickman; and his siblings, Vickie Bennett, Linda Yerian, Patty Nicholson, Edgar, Larry and Clifford Hickman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda S. Copus, Jr. (Charles) of Caldwell, Tammy L. Springer (Terry) of Caldwell, Tina F. Clark of Caldwell and Jennifer N. Hickman of Byesville; and his brothers, Jerry Hickman of Nevada and Paul Hickman of Pleasant City. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
