He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Jerry and Bessie Jo Sibley Hood. He is survived by : his wife Lois C. Chapman Hood; his son Jerry J. "County" Hood of Summerfield; and his grandchildren, Dixie Y. Hood of Summerfield and Aaron O. Hood of Summerfield. He is also survived by brothers and friends.
