He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Francis and Helen Elizabeth Durichko Gaydos; and his brother Robert Gaydos. He is survived by: his wife Marlene S. Archer Gaydos; his children, John S. Gaydos, Jr. (Tammy) of Caldwell and Elizabeth A. "Beth" DeLancey (Dwayne) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Victoria G. Gaydos of Caldwell, Paige E. Gaydos of Caldwell and Stephen K. Gaydos of Caldwell; his stepgrandchildren, Steve DeLancey of Caldwell, Abigail DeLancey of Caldwell and Chaise DeLancey of Caldwell; and his brother Ray J. Gaydos (Beth) of Caldwell. He is also survived by 4 step-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
