She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Thomas and Edith Fogle Thomas; her former husband Jay D. Miller; her husband Charles G. Irwin; her daughter Trish Buckey (Johnny); and her siblings, Donna Nichols (Kenneth) and Dean Thomas (Ruby).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen R. Mikes (Bob) of Belle Valley and Debbie S. Carpenter (Dan) of Summerfield; her grandchildren, Joe, Jr. (Katiuska), Julie, Jill, Rachel (Guy), Angie, John, Drew, Devanni (Chris) and Dayna (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Alexa, Caleb (Kayla), Garet, Madison, Julius, Joey, III, Riley, Connor, Farrah, Bryce and Kynzlee; her great great grandchildren, Lyric, Lux, Dorian and Henley; and her nephew Tim Nichols of Caldwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
