She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Gardner and Emma Cooper Gardner; her husband George W. Vaughn; her son Mike Foraker; and her brothers, Bill Gardner, Robert Gardner and Richard Gardner.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Bill Gardner (Becky) of Norwich, OH and Shannon Folkert (Alan); her great-nephew Luke; her great-niece Hope of West Lafayette, OH; her close friends, Linda Eschman, Cathye, Ginny and Faye; her pet Susie; and her caregiver Mary Lou. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
