He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Hayes (Angie) of Colorado, Wendy Carviou (Kirt) of Wisconsin, Cindy Eckes (Ryan) of Wisconsin and Tom Hayes (Sheena) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
