He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Perkins, Sr. and Clara Jane Miller Perkins; and his siblings, Maxine Jackson, Eileen Butler, Teresa Clark, Kenneth Perkins, Jr. and Terry Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Jacque Walters Perkins; his sons, Corey A. Perkins (Joellen) of New Concord and Josh A. Perkins (Darci) of New Concord; his grandchildren, Reece Perkins, Score Perkins and Cecilee Perkins; and his siblings, Joann Powell, Sandy Clark, Diane Morton and Clayton Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
