It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Blaine Palmer of Caldwell, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Mona Moore Palmer; his siblings, Vera Harmer and Don Palmer; and his sister-in-law Margie Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Davis; his children, Penny Clark-Shunko (Ben), Lacey Palmer (Ryan Douglas) and William Palmer (Peggy); his grandchildren, Justin Huffman (Kylie), Harlee Feldner (Tyler Danford), Brittney Palmer (Jonah Robinson), Hope Clark, Nathan Clark, Hannah Antill, John Palmer, Clara Clark, Jessamy Antill and Marcus Douglas; and his siblings, Dan Palmer and Joan Barnett. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
