He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Walters and Margaret E. Thompson Walters; his wife Marsha F. Pilcher Walters; and his siblings, Rita Pack and James "Jimmy" Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin C. Walters of Caldwell, Kurt W. Walters (Mackenzie) of Caldwell and Kelly F. Pickenpaugh (Ed) of Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Patrick Pickenpaugh (Vanessa), Sara Garvin (Jared), Blake Pickenpaugh (McKenzie), Dawson Walters, Ridge Walters, Dustin Fritz (Roxanne), Keegan Fritz (Faith) and Nathan Abbott (Cassandra). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (43700 Fulda Rd, Caldwell, OH 43724).
