She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard C. Leasure and Geneva Hayes Leasure; her grandson Isaac Horn; and her siblings, Kim Leasure, Greg Leasure and Beverly Leasure.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Sue Hines (Robert) of Columbus, Valerie A. Stephens (Mason Motley) of Troy and Stephanie Marie Welch (Christopher) of Caldwell; and her grandchildren, Logan Horn, Caleb Holthaus, Melanie Horn, Annabelle Holthaus, Liam Motley and Ellie Motley. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and hundreds of friends.
