She is survived by: her husband W. Dwain Smith; her sons, W. Brian Smith (Tammy) of McConnelsville, Brent A. Smith (Tina) of Milton and Mark E. Smith (Kellie) of Apple Valley, California; and her siblings, Debbie Smith (Gary) of Caldwell, William Irvin (Chris) of Columbus and James Irvin (Connie) of Gastonia. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
