He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Lynn Johnson Saling. He is survived by: his father Robert N. "Bob" Conquest (Kathy) of Havelock; his wife Bambi K. Antill Conquest; his children, Steven H. Conquest, Jr. (Jade Oakes) of Caldwell, Ashley M. Conquest of Wilmington and Myleigh K. Conquest of Caldwell; and his stepfather Darrell Saling of Fulda. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
