He was predeceased by: his half-sister Pamela Eichmiller; and his grandparents, Myron, Shirley Penland and Denver C. McIntire Sr.. He is survived by: his father Denver C. McIntire Jr. of Caldwell. He is also survived by extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
