She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburt H. "Burt" Bonar and Delcie F. Feldner Bonar; her former husband Donald R. Piatt; her husband Clarence E. Fogle; her son Ronnie D. Piatt; and her brother John E. Bonar.
She is survived by: her son Don E. Piatt (Karen) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Gregory A. Piatt (Ellie) of Huber Heights and Melissa Dawn Toole of Middletown, Maryland; her great grandchild Kaya Leigh Piatt of Huber Heights; and her nieces, Kathleen T. Swisher of West Virginia and Sheila K. Cenker of Akron.
