She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Aufdenkampe (Craig) of Little Hocking, Ohio; her brothers, Donald Pack of Caldwell, Ohio and Gary Pack of Caldwell, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dawson Staley and Gwyneth Staley of Little Hocking, Ohio; and her cousins, Doris Addlespurger (Dave) and Tom Pack (Dottie) of Macksburg, Ohio.
