He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ward Sr. and Dorothy Shuttleworth Murrey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Cunningham Murrey; his sons, Ward Murrey (Carmen) of Logan, OH and Alan Murrey (Heidi) of Caldwell; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ellie, Gage Murrey, Zane Murrey (Audriana) and Zachary Murrey; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Lizzie Postlethwait; his great grandchildren, Wren, Willow and Winnie; and his brother John Murrey (Margaret) of Athens, OH.. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
