He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Foreman and Elda Foreman (McClurg); his brother Earl Foreman; and his brothers-in-law, Alfred Freeman and Thomas Woodard Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Jane "Janie" Foreman (Nickelson); his daughters, Angela "Nanny" Foreman and Andrea "Rebe" Foreman; his grandchildren, Duke "Dukie", Katelyn "Katie-Lynnie", Colton "Train", Dalton "Boogie", Allie "Bug", Cayden "Tator" and Ashlynn; his great grandchildren, Emery "Emmy", Nash "Nashie", Dawson "Nugget", Leighton "Punkin" and Roman "Ro"; and his sisters, Doris Freeman and Beverly Woodard.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Timson & Melroy Funeral Home (407 S Main St, Caledonia, OH 43314). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Caledonia Cemetery (6351 Harding Hwy E, Caledonia, OH 43314).

His spirit will live on in the hearts of many, and his contributions to both family and community will never be forgotten.
