He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Fulton; his children, Michele Morris (Scott, family: Jennifer, Bill, Christina, Tegan, Joel, Micah, Ella, Elaya, Beckham), Joseph II Fulton (Vicki, family: Johnny, Ashley, Joey III, Caleb, Carter, Kinslee, Avanti) and Mary Van Oosten (Andy); his granddaughter Kayla; his son Timothy Fulton (Trina); his grandchildren, Josh and Kyle; his son Todd Fulton (family: Andy, Kailynn, Paisley, Kelly, Michael, Emily, Tucker, Flint); and his siblings, Nancy Linfante, Phyllis De Gisi (Tony), Helen Fulton and Sam Fulton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
