She is survived by: her son Michael Chambers (Beth) of Zanesville, OH.; her sister Janet K. Wells of Salesville, OH.; her grandchildren, Justin Hendershot, Jenna Nelson (Cody), Kaitlyn Chambers, Allison Parlier (Nathan) and Olivia Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Casen, Ada and Elise.
