It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaise C Urbanowicz (Cambridge, Ohio), who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Blaise may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Blaise touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Ursula. He is survived by: his wife Sammi; and his brothers, Mark and David.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home Inc. (139 S 9th St, Cambridge, OH 43725).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his honor to Salvation Army, 221 Dewey Ave. Cambridge, Ohio 43725, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
