He is survived by: his wife Barbara Watkins (Helderth); his children, Kevin Watkins (Lori) of Delaware and Jodi Crowley (Shawn) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Tyler Watkins, Kayla Watkins, Haleigh Watkins, Alexa (Alex Watkins), JW Raptis and Samantha Sylvis (Joe); his great grandchildren, Malachi, Emmalyn and Ripley; and his sibling's children, John Watkins of New Jersey and Kathy Dunfree of Marietta.
