He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Franklin and Betty Louise Graham (Moore); his daughter Billi Jo Graham; his brothers, Alfred and Mark Graham; and his sibling-in-law Shirley Smalley.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Moore (Greg) of Old Washington; his stepsons, Sam Smalley of Cambridge, Mike Smalley (Becky) of Cambridge and Jeff Smalley (Sara) of Cambridge; his siblings, Pete Talbert of Byesville, Kevin Graham of Cambridge, Teresa L. Gombeda of Cambridge, Sharon Graham of Cambridge and Kimberly Cobb (Dean) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Ashton, Kierra, Ashaun and Zarion; and his stepgrandchildren, Shelby, Riley, Sammy, Trevor, Cassandra, Paige, Jeffrey, Maizie and Will. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
