She was predeceased by: her brother David Wayne Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tom Weekley; her parents, Bonnie Ferguson (Byron) of Cambridge and Wayne "Bud" Johnson (Joy) of Old Washington; and her brother Duane Johnson (Diana) of Cambridge. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Cindy's name be made to the Guernsey County Cancer Society, 139 N 7th St, Cambridge OH 43725.
