He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morris and Kaneko "Terry" Nobuko Morris; his brothers-in-law, Jim Harper and Doug Walker; and his granddaughter Riya Heatherington.
He is survived by: his fiancée Dorothy Heatherington; his daughter Ashley Bates (Matthew) of Newcomerstown, Three; his sisters, Susan Bedgood (Steve) of Cambridge, Peggy Mason (John) of Cambridge and Linda Walker of Old Washington; and his grandchildren, Quinton, Xander Bates, Madison, Savanna Burris, Desjahh, Nova and Joshua Heatherington. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
