Shugart (Oliver); his son Harley D. Shugart (Hope) of Callahan, FL; his stepchildren, Sarah J. Larrick of Cambridge, OH and Scott R. Larrick (Tami) of Cambridge, OH; his brothers, Stephen Shugart (Marlene) of Bolivar, OH and Alan Shugart (Debby) of Freeport, OH; his sister-in-law Barb Shugart of Florida; his grandchildren, Jamie, Indy, Brendan, Alex, Isabella, Mia and Olive; and his friends, Tim Lyons and Larry Porter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
