He is survived by: his children, Rick (Niki), Mishelle Henson of New Concord and Angela Shepard (Bob) of Cambridge; and his siblings, John Voorhies (Cindy) of Pleasant City, Alice Owens of Bellbrook, OH and Mary Jakubisin (Dave) of Byesville. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many good friends.
