He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cartner and Lucille Cartner; and his son-in-law Richard McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Karen McCoy; his granddaughter Emily McCoy (Patrick Cannon); his sister Sally Cochran (Carl Taylor); and his sibling's children, Cheryl Gadd (Don), Sandra Miller (Mel) and Michael Black (Debbie).

In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to St. Benedict's School or charity of your choice.
