She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dawson and Mildred Dawson (Hummel); her husband Larry R. Cook; and her sister Linda K. Dawson. She is survived by: her children, Linda Fort (Charles) of Massillon and Randy Cook (Sarah) of South Carolina; her brother Jerry W. Dawson (Linda); her grandchildren, Samantha Cook, Brieanna Donato (Adam), Brittney Moses (Shawn) and Jessie Cassler (JD); and her great grandchildren, Ava, Alivia Donato, Everly, Elliott Moses, Cam and Ben Cassler. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
