He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milton and Fern Milton; and his brother Ronald Milton. He is survived by: his sister Donna Hill (Michael) of Topeka, Kansas. He is also survived by his niece and nephew; two great-nieces; three great-nephews; numerous cousins and other extended family members; extended family and many dear friends and neighbors.
