He was predeceased by : his father James McIe; his grandparents, Henrietta, Woodrow Jackson, Harold Miller, Clarence and Lena McIe; his aunt Carol McKinney; and his uncles, Terry and Woody Jackson.

He is survived by : his mother Jenivine Jackson; his siblings, Christy Muller and Ronald McIe; his nieces, Selena Jackson (Ethan) and Jena Rodriguez; his great-nephews, Elijah and Ezra; his daughter Jada Wellman; his fiancée Nicole Roth; his fiancée's sons, Nick and Beau Jones; his aunts, Jill and Debbie Sheen; his uncle Raymond Blankenship; and his pet Ganja.
