He is survived by: his wife Carole Wilkey; his sisters, JoAnn Dunlop (Harold) of Jacksonville, NC and Carolyn Wilkey of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Antwan Wilkey (Marguerite) of Cambridge, Dorian Wilkey of Cambridge and Keira Roose (Clayton) of New Lexington; his great grandchildren, Anderson Jolene Wilkey and Atlas Joe Wilkey; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Wilkey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
