He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde F. Earley and Sylvia B. Earley (Larrison); and his siblings, Clyde Fred Earley, Charles R. Earley, Shirley J. Earley and Mikail M. Earley.

He is survived by : his children, Martin David and Christina; his nieces, Terria Colvin, Soprina Scott, Sylvia Earley and Billie Earley; and his close friend Robert Sills. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
