She was predeceased by: her parents, George Benton and Josie White (Reedy); her husband John S Abbott; and her sister Suzzanne Glans. She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte McCartney (Tom) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Dirk Martin II (Denise), Cassie Dever (Todd) and Evan McCartney (Lane); and her great grandchildren, Kerstyn, Noah, Cora, Finley, Lincoln, Sullivan and Hayes.
