We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 93, Norma L. Canel of Cambridge, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Eugene "Gene" Brokaw and Juanita Brokaw (Ackinclose); her husband Paul Canel; her sisters, Wanda and Pat; and her daughter Connie.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Canel (Dawn) of Cambridge, Amel Canel of Chester, WV and Paula K. Canel of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Katie and Frank; and her great grandchildren, Jake, Reese and Paul Jaxson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Norma's name be made to one of the following organizations: 1) Traditions Health Hospice, 238 Front Street SW, New Philadelphia OH 44663; or 2) The Salvation Army, 221 Dewey Avenue, Cambridge OH 43725.
