He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Armstrong of St. Clairsville, OH and David Adams (Amanda) of Harts, WV.; his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Nathaniel Adams, Colton, Olivia and Michael Armstrong; and his cousin Melissa Armstrong.
