He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Sickles and Treva Sickles (Bichard); his wife Judith Bishard; and his siblings, Marlene, Janice, Peggy, Ronald and Bill.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Hendershot of Cambridge, Heidi Gray (William) of Cambridge, Holly Bishard of Columbus, Denise Bishard of Las Vegas and Robert Bishard Jr. of Pennsylvania; his siblings, Jeff Sickles of Sydney and Pat Sickles of Texas; his brother-in-law Dan Daugherty of Cambridge; and his caregiver Becky Roe. He is also survived by his nineteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
