He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knott and Dorthea Lerner Knott; and his brother-in-law Charlie Hutchison. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Phyl" R. Hutchison Knott; his daughters, Bridget Hand of Mississippi, Masie Gonder (Paul) of Salesville, OH and Tess Knott (Adam Archer) of New Concord, OH; his grandchildren, Kaisen Knott, Lainey Gonder, Tyler Hand, Britney Hand, Justin Hand (Shelby) and Kamrin Hand; his siblings, Kathe Coles (Bob) of Defiance, OH, Sharon Thompson (Bruce) of Cambridge, Chuck Knott (Gloria) of Cambridge, Frank Knott (Nancy Blackstone) of Byesville, OH and Amy Baumann (Doug) of New Concord; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Barclay, Wanda Burris (Bruce), Brenda Hutchison and Rhonda Knott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
