He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Earl and Dorothy Johnson (Travis); his sister Suzanne Marie Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Benson and Brian Farrar.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Johnson (Lackney); his daughter Erica Lane Fearn (Scott) of Cinderford, England; his brother David Johnson (Annette) of Solon; his grandchildren, Eva Fearn and Indie Fearn; his sisters-in-law, Georgia Benson and Jean Farrar; and his aunt Edna Abraham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
