She is survived by: her husband Roland "Charlie" Gadd; her sons, Charles Gadd (Stephanie), Jeffery Gadd and Scott Gadd; her sisters, Teresa Bailey (Roger) and Lois Donley (Mike); her stepsister Barbara Todd Robinson (Don); and her grandchildren, Cooper and Emma.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Black-Epperson Funeral Home (231 Main St, Byesville, OH 43723). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Shelba's name to organizations that were especially important to her: 1) Guernsey.
