He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold V. Rawlins and Dorothy Grace Rawlins (Shipman); and his half-siblings, Dale Slevin and Gloria Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Rawlins (Smith); his children, Kathy S. Taylor (Ron) of Columbus, Debbie K. Black (Mike) of Cambridge and Scott Rawlins (Karen) of Old Washington; his grandchildren, Jason Latchic, Morgan Black (Taylor Reitmeyer), Michael Black (Brooke) and Jake Black (Madyson); his great grandchildren, Avery Black, Brayden Black, Joe Latchic, Tucker Black and Cooper Black; and his sister Marlene Kolsto of Cincinnati. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (7022 Bloomfield Rd, Cambridge, OH 43725). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
