She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cunningham and Nellie Cunningham (Welch); her brother Austin Cunningham; her stepmother Grace Cunningham; and her sister Shirley Patterson.
She is survived by: her husband Herman Clark; her children, Robert Mackley Jr. (Judith) of Winterset, Kim Clark of Cambridge and Debbie McNemar of Morgantown, WV; her sister Linda Steele of Cambridge; and her grandchildren, Jason Bennett, Travis Bennett, David King (Brittany), Eric Mackley (Kristina), Christopher Mackley (Teri) and Caryn Jenkins (Cody). She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren; and several friends.
