He is survived by: his wife Nellie E. Burch (Butler); his sons, William Dean Burch Jr. (Susan), James Allen Burch and Robert Shawn Burch (Diane); his grandchildren, Thomas Alexander Burch, Samantha Jo Burch and David William Burch; and his siblings, Charles C. Burch (Connie), Sue E. Heddleson (Pauly) and Timothy S. Burch (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
