He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Rosa Bell Gower Carr; and his wife Thelma Jean Scott (Willey). He is survived by: his children, Bill Scott Jr. (Michelle) of Columbus, Bobbie Hall (Robert) of Columbus, Larry Scott (Sandy) of Columbus, Patricia Adkins (Albert) of Cambridge and Wayne Scott of Cambridge; and his stepdaughters, Jackie Nicley of Kidron, Dajea Hupp (Glen) of Pennsylvania and Christa Hinton (Jim) of Fleming. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
