She is survived by: her children, Cathy Seeley (Mark) of New Concord, Debbie Evans (Bruce) of Columbus, Cynthia Cowgill (Jeff) of Cambridge and Jeff Bell of Washington, DC; her siblings, Eddie Heath (Shirley) of Warnick, Joe Heath (Dawn) of St. Clairsville, Robert Palmer (Quynh) of St. Clairsville, Norma Donley (George) of St. Clairsville, Linda Heath of St. Clairsville and Brenda Stoner of St. Clairsville; and her grandchildren, Annette, Ted, Shawnee, Erica, Brianne and Lorrin. She is also survived by her 8 great- grandchildren.
