He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Farley (Schultz); his children, Michael Farley (Jenny), Johnny Ray Farley Jr., Kenneth Ray Farley (Jamie), Chance Steven Farley, Christina Jenkins (Gary), Angela Maham (Greg) and Timothy Gentile (Michelle); and his siblings, Patricia Shushereba (David), Bobby Farley and Debra Farley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
