He is survived by: his parents, Robert Began and Madeline Began (Hildebrand); his siblings, Rhonda McKinney (Adam McNamara) and Jason Began (Trish); his siblings' children, Austin (Kyra), Zack (Damaris), Nick (Bianca), Mason, Wayne, Samantha (Dustyn), Allison, Makenna (Tyler) and Alexi; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bentley, Jax, Mack, Landon, Chloe, Daisy and Kinsley; and his caregiver Lori Holtz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmound Cemetery (11658 OH-503, West Elkton, OH 45070).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Perry's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
