She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Eck and Ruth A. Eck (Kiser); her husband Robert J. Downs, Sr.; and her siblings, Belinda Brown, Martha Wilson, Betty Gilbert, Jack Eck, Tommy Eck, William O. Eck, Jr., Jerry Eck and Eugene Eck.
She is survived by: her son Robert J. "Bob" Downs, Jr.; her sisters, Eleanor Prush, Phyllis Richmond, Sue Capozzi and Mildred Downing; and her granddaughter Kelsea Nicole Wlburn (Mike).
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Miltonville Cemetery (5841 Howe Rd, Trenton, OH 45042).
