He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ady of Cameron; his children, Jeremy Ady of Woodsfield, Cory Ady (Jessica) of Bridgeport, Alisha Price (Vince) of Powhatan and Charity Ady (Chris Strawn) of Woodsfield; his brother Kevin Ady of Woodsfield; his grandchildren, Brayden Strawn, Aubree Isner, Hunter Strawn, Talon Ady, Ava and Dalton McKelvey; and his pet Ellie Bell.
