He is survived by: his parents, Mary Bednarik and Andrew Bednarik of Campbell, Ohio.; his wife Shelly; his children, Jade and Jason; his stepdaughters, Tiffany and Mandy; his daughter-in-law Angel; his sisters, Donna, Bernadette of Ohio and Valerie of Florida; and his nephews, Jacob and Joshua. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
