She is survived by: her children, John J. Zajac of Poland and Lynn Ann Zajac of Struthers; her siblings, Irene A. Brosko (Charles) of Austintown and Robert Pavlicko of Stuthers; and her sister-in-law Marie Pavlicko of Struthers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
